Physical documents are kept in locked cabinets in our office. We shred stuff when we're done with it. Old-school, but it works.

We're not pack rats, but we do need to keep certain records for specific periods:
- Project files: 7 years after project completion (this is standard in the architecture industry for liability purposes)
- Financial records: 7 years (tax requirements, you know the drill)
- Correspondence: Duration of project plus 2 years
- Marketing contacts: Until you ask us to remove you, or if you haven't engaged with us in 3 years
When we do delete information, we make sure it's actually gone - no keeping copies floating around unnecessarily.
Third-Party Links
Our website might link to other sites - manufacturer websites, industry resources, sustainability organizations, that kind of thing. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their privacy practices. When you click through to another site, you're subject to their policies, not ours.
